Legal Question in Family Law in California

If my husband was not the biological father to his ex wife's child but signed the birth certificate can he have his name removed from it since they divorced? In the divorce decree she acknowledged that he was not the biological father & no child support was granted. She also acknowledged that the child was not a product of the marriage in that decree. The child was under the age of two at the time. She is now almost 4 but his name is still on her birth certificate. The ex was suppose to have his name removed but she never did. Can he have it removed?

It would be best for you to speak to a family law attorney in your area who can review the Judgment in detail. This may not be as simple as you think.
