Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband has been caught twice (on two different occasions) driving with a suspended license. We are in the beginning stages of adoption and I am wondering if these misdemeanors will show up on his live scan?

Misdemeanors do show up on live scans. I doubt that driving with a suspended license would be fatal to adoption, however.
