husband changed locks on house

My husband told me after 3 years he was moving back in our house and I had no choice I let him move back in with the stipulation that if we could not get along he would have to leave, however he had refused and for my son's sake and my sanity I moved out and into my mothers house, last week I was at my house and we had an argument and as I was leaving and got to the door he was behind me and said this is my house and your not comming back I then pushed by him and he grabbed me and we both fell he then told my minor son to call the police and he refused. I then left the house and the next daY HE CHANGED THE LOCKS DO i HAVE ANY RECOURSE AND WHAT SHOULD i DO NEXT TO PROTECT MY FINANCIAL INTREST. i WAS ALSO LAID OFF AFTER 30 YEARS AND CANNOT AFFORD A LAWYER.

You should review the facts with an attorney. If your husband has sufficient income he could be ordered to pay your attorney fees. Depending upon the circumstances you may have a good chance of being able to return to the house. In the future control yourself and do not push or otherwise have physical contact.
