Husband has checking

I am going through the process of a divorce right now and I just found out that my husband has a checking account that I

knew nothing about. He don't want me to know that he has this checking I don't have the money to hire a lawyer so how do I or can I get access to this or some kind of paper

trail.Thanks

Yes, you can get subpoena issued by the court clerk , where your divorce is pending and serve it upon the bank, where your husband's checking account is. Bank can provide you all records, including bank statements for previous years, cancelled checks, deposit records etc. what ever you demand in the subpoena for production of business records.
