Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband claims that his first ex wife made an agreement with him about child support back in 2010. He is taking me to court this June, trying to get out of child support, and get arrears of money he says he doesn't owe. How do I get the courts to prove any of his agreement with his ex wife?

First, how do you know about the agreement? Was this agreement turned into a court order? Was there a court order, that isn't being followed because they made an agreement with each other that is different from the court order? I still don't see how this would get him out of paying you child support.

How would an agreement with his ex wife affect children that were not hers? I would suggest making an appointment with an attorney to go over the whole story in more detail, because the post is a little confusing. For further information visit http://www.ellifritzlaw.com
