Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband wont comply with court ordered medical insurance support for our daughter and pays less than ordered amount of child support. He has had an increase in his income and lives in a fancy beach house and bought a jacuzzi. Whats the quickest way to get the medical support order enforced so my daughtet can go see a dentist!!

Greetings! You can do it yourself but I recommend you consult an attorney. In fact I strongly advise this. However, it is all a matter of obtaining the correct forms and filling them out, getting them signed, etc. and filing them appropriately.
