We have an Australian court order knee deep to protect mine and the childrens contact and our relationship however he has breeched it in every way. Since he remarried things have gone from bad to worse. Now the children want to live with me in the USA. What can I do? How can I work with the family law court in Australia from

You will need to hire an attorney in Australia or hire an attorney in the US that is familiar with international law. If the court order is in Australia and the kids remain in Australia, you need to go through the courts in Australia to have the order modified. Good Luck.
