My husband and I were going through a divorce and the Dissolution of Marriage and Final Entry had not yet gone through the court and signed by Judge. My husband died. This divorce is in Calif.

What happens now?

Generally, your case is dismissed as a matter of law and the family court losses jurisdiction. The probate court now has jurisdiction. There are some issues and you should contact an attorney.
