Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I are getting a divorce and he is friends with everyone in the law system in this town. I dont know what to do becuase it is unfair that he will be granted everything including my children because he has parties with the cops and the D.A. what should i do?

Unless there are allegations of domestic violence or child abuse, your husband's friendships with police officers and prosecutors shouldn't factor into your divorce (they're supposed to discharge their public duties impartially anyhow). You should consult with a local family law attorney. Ask your friends and family for a referral.
