Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I are going through a divorce. I have a temporary restraining order against him due to domestic abuse. Because of this he will not discuss any finances. Our home is about to go into foreclosure because he says he is not allowed to discuss listing it with me because of the restraining order. We both have attorneys. Mine sent over a stipulation for him to sign in August stating that we can discuss financial issues via email, but he still wont sign because of the restraining order. Would a stipulation legally allow him to communicate with me if we both agree? Any other suggestions that would keep the restraining order in place, yet allow us to communicate and iron out financial issues?

Go to court and get a modification of the restraining order. While you're there, get an order that he maintain payments on the house and for your attorneys fees for dealing with his BS.
