Husband not divorced from first wife.

I have been married to my husband for over four years. I just found out that he has never been divorced from his first wife. What am I to do. We have two children. He has none from his first wife. Am I entitled to anything? What do I do?

Yes you can seek an annulment. The court has the authority to treat you as a putative spouse (as if you were married).
