husband is divorceing me and i had to move out cant afford the house he said he was going to sell it..now tells me he will stay there....i want hem out and to rent it out i get no money from hem..iam on disity and need it we both bought the home..iam in apt and just noting from the house just the betroom set,,,can i make hem sell the house now how or make hem rent it

In the divorce case, the court will make an order to award distribution of the home or how to dispose of it in an equitable manner. You should, of course, have your attorney ask the court to order something that as close to your wishes as possible.
