Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and i are divorcing. We were married in Aug of 2004 and I filed for divorce in May 2007. He hasn't filed his paperwork yet so we're still married. my question is this: He has a retirement plan and 401k through his job with the state. Am i entitled to any of it?
