Legal Question in Family Law in California

Ex Husband On Drugs

My ex has not worked in over a year, is depressed (per his girlfriend), done multipul drugs in the past (but will probably test clean for the moment)pays for nothing with the kids but has them 50% of the time, my 15 yo refuses to go back to him, but my 9 yo is forced by him to go. He can't support them, he has no insurance is behind on his bills. I know he's not working because his union tested him and he failed the drug test. I can't afford anymore attorney fees. What can I do? Does anyone in my area do pro bono for things like this?

Contact your local bar association. Bar associations usually have programs or at least information for people who don't have money for an attorney.
