can husband file bankup just to not pay child support after 10 year marriage

my friend is divorcing her husband .She

has over the last 10 years $45,000 of

gifted money. He is now going to go BK

just to screw her .They have 2 children.

One has specials needs. Husband says

he want half of gifted money and says

he has no money for support.Can she

revisit his money making games for

support at a later date.
