Legal Question in Family Law in California
my husband is going to file for divorce. we have been married 12yrs have 3 kids and I have been a stay home mom our entire marriage. He is threatening to kick me out of the house that we own together. I just want to know what my rights are.

Your only absolute right is to ask the judge to allow you to stay in the house or for support or both. I suggest you file and file an Order to Show Cause re: preliminary orders for sole posession of the family home and spousal and child support at the same time. You need to take the upper hand to be sure you get the best options possible.
