can my ex husband file a qdra to pay his back child support and pre pay two years ahead?

A QDRO is a qualified domestic relations order. It is used for retirement accounts that are held by third parties, meaning parties that are not involved in the divorce, such as employers and pension plans. It is not used to enforce unpaid child support.
