Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband filed a motion to quash my petition for divorce and financial support primarily because he is not a resident of the state of California, and I am..which is why the divorce was filed by me there. The hearing was 3 weeks ago.

His attorney says that the motion to quash in both areas was granted.

My attorney was present at the hearing, I was not because she told me that I didn't need to be there. She now tells me she doesn't know the outcome hearing and must review the transcripts of the hearing which she has ordered.

Is there a way I can find out what is really going on?

Your attorney is an idiot if she attends a court hearing and does not know what happened. She is also an idiot for filing divorce against your spouse without considering whether California had personal jurisdiction over him.
