Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband filed a petition for legal separation in California on 9/25/09. I responded within the allotted 30 days with a petition for dissolution. We have already met with a facilitator who helped us complete the settlement agreement. She informed us that the minimum six (6) month and one (1) day waiting period for the divorce lands on 2/26/10. I finally saw online that the judgment had been filed on yesterday 2/13/10. But it says my marriage will not terminate until 3/26/10. I want to know is it possible that the 3/26/10 date is a clerical error? There were no mistakes and we don't have any property to divide, so I'm wondering why the termination date would be a month later?

The clerical error is yours. 6 months and a day from 9/25/09 is 3/26/10.
