My husband filed for temp. separation, and temp. custody of our 3 boys 9 years ago. we have been together again for 8 years. he recently closed out all bank accounts and opened new ones only he has access to. I am a stay at home mom and have no income for the past 15 years. he also stopped paying any bills in my name. He claims we are still separated and he is not responsible for anything in my name. He also sold a car without my consent. car was in my name. can he do this legally?

If he filed and served a legal separation petition, there are property restraining orders that were automatically issued. He may be in violation of those orders.
