Legal Question in Family Law in California
My husband is filing for divorce, He wants me to take back my maiden name and I don't care to, can he force me to change my name back? I just really don't want to go through the hassle of all the paperwork and DMV fees, etc.

No, taking your maiden name back is an option you have, not anything he can require you to do.
