Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband has been hidden his debts during our marriage. Now he is disappeared after he has been served the divorce Summons (FL-110). I would like the court to order him to pay the debts of all taxes, bills, liens, and other charges, present and future, for all personal and real property that are in his name alone. How do I do that? We both live in California.

You need to consult with a family law attorney or at least a family law facilitator near you. Those debts may be community debts, and you both may be responsible for them.
