my husband in india,How can i get divorce from him?
I am green card holder and my son is citizen here.My husband is in india and he never take single responsibility of my son and me.He used to abousing me.He hit me two times.My parents gave him a car,10lakh cash,4 lakhs gold jewellry and other things in my marriage as he demanded.Now he demand i support him to settle down his younger brothers in USA otherwise he will divorce me.But i am not secure in that case if i support his brothes after that he can also divorce me.Can i get my all money and divorce from him?Tell me some lowyers links,who help me.

You can divorce your husband even if he doesn't want to. However, there is some difficulty and additional expense serving someone in another country. You will need to "serve" your husband with the legal documents for starting a divorce action before you will be able to proceed. It is important to do this step correctly, so I recommend that you see an attorney to explore your options.
If your permanent resident status is "conditional" you should also see an attorney about proceeding without your husband. (This is if you have your green card through your marriage.) It doesn't sound like you will have much problem with this, but, again, it is important to know your options and proceed correctly.
