Unfortunately you have set a precedent by agreeing, inadvertantly, that the children are safe and secure with their father and that for at least a time, it was in their best interest for them to be with him. But then he was not forthright with you was he. You both have some problems. Was your agreement made a court order, is so you are in a stronger position. I'm afraid you'll need an attorney on this one. Move away orders are difficult. He will need to go over all facts and issues with you to prepare your case for the judge. The first thing you need to do is to contact a CA attorney! I'm sorry that I am not licensed to practice there but you need to find an attorney that is.
