Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have had my husband kicked out twice, I took him back this 2nd time & it's not working! the rental is in my name only, I pay all the bills, can I get the cops to "remove" him? I dont want him under my roof & he keeps saying he'll pack & go but never does.

Sometimes these requests are successful, especially since the rental is in your name only. It's possible that you could also talk to your landlord and see if the landlord will evict your husband. From a divorce perspective, you may wish to consider filing a motion for sole occupancy and use of the home.
