My soon to be ex husband is a laws man I been abused verbally physically emotionally also my kids... He has a drinking problem anger and even sleep walks and acts on the dream we have a child I want full custody with every other weekend monitored visitations due to alcohol problems... What can I do I never reported when he slapped me pulled a gun out on me or punched holes on walls I have pictures but now he has moved out of house because he locked me out of house on patio and I did call police but they did not do report it shows only as verbal what can I do in court what is good evidence .... I have collected multiple pic through out the years is this enough ca location please help I have mediation soon and scared
