I want my husband to leave my house, we been marrie for over 5 years and have two girls 1 and 3 years old. I got the house on my own and he is not on the paperworks of the house ...we don't get along anymore...what can I do to force him to go?

You can file for divorce, ask the court to have him move out. Are there and domestic violence issues?

Mr. Boice is correct. The best way is to file for divorce and at the same time file for emergency orders for temporary child support, a temporary child custody schedule, and for sole occupancy of the home to you. These are very routine orders at the beginning of a divorce. If he has committed any domestic violence, the orders can be obtained even more quickly.
