My husband lent $300,000.00 to his girlfriend without my consent. How do I get this back?

You don't. You each have full right of control over community funds. You are stuck with his decisions. The best you could hope for is to file for divorce and make him take that as an asset on his side of the property distribution. That way he bears the risk of non-repayment.
