ex husband lied about assets and income

What is the 'statute of limitations' for

re-opening what i thought was an

honest and amicable divorce? No

lawyers used...i know....but i have

seen his 06 income tax numbers and

they are much higher than he

reported. Also is it possible to adjust

alimony based on this (its low and 5

years instead of 10 - we were

married 20). Lastly, I have also

discovered infidelty - does this make

my case stronger or it wont help/or

irelevent.... thank you!!!
