If there is a support order there is also most likely an order for custody to the ex. You would file a motion to modify those orders. The motion would be filed in the same court that issued the existing orders. If the ex and the children no longer live in that jurisdiction, you might want to file a motion to transfer the case to the county where they now live, along with the motion for modification.
