Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and i lived in calfornia. I have been married for 3.5 years and have a 3 year old daughter. My husband was served with a restraining order and in October. On November 23rd he filed for divorce. I was not served and left the state on November 28th. I have come back to California for subsequent court dates but my husband has since filed an exparte motion for custody and that I move back to ca. He knew was going to leave he state and actually sen my lawyer an email requesting I do say out of state with family (in order to regain access to the family home cars etc). I left with nothing and in three months have reestablished myself and daughter plus a child from a previouse marriage. What is the likely hood of having to move back to California?

There is no way to guess the outcome of a motion based on a few facts in an online Q&A. This is a complex issue that will be decided on detailed facts.
