Legal Question in Family Law in California
My husband and I are living apart for the past month. We do not want to divorce, just take a break from each other.I do not want to be financially reponsible for him. Am I free of financial responsibility for him since we are separated?

No. Only divorce or legal separation provides any insulation from his financial affairs, and even that is not a complete barrier until the divorce is final or the separation is completed.
