I'd my husband is living in our residence can he prevent me from coming to the house to list our community property

Not if you do it properly through Discovery. You or more likely your lawyer need to send him a Demand to inspect the residence. You can then work out a mutually agreed upon time for you and or your representative to do a walk through with camera's etc.
