My Husband

My husband made a mistake by spanking a kid with a belt.we admit it we explain to him what we did was wrong an we put ice on it.well my friend called the cops an took my nephew away an my son.Our case woker did not listen to us at all they said we do it their way or my husband goes to jail.we try to explian to them were they left the kids that they smoke in a closed environment with my son having asthma an did not listen we try telling them what that household was like they ignored us an said we dont do it their way my husband goes to jail.They kept threatening with throwing him in jail we try telling them we understand we cant have them that we wanted them somewhere else they said no if you do not agree he's getting thrown in jail.Well isnt it against the law to leave the children in a welfare home thats not foster care then the case worker gets attitude with us an she gives everyone her number but me an my husband she blocks her number.What if we need to talk to her or get ahold of her.Then another thing isnt it wrong for a police officer to make his way into my hospital room with out knocking or giving any notice?The case worker is about to give my nephew back to his abusive father who beats his mother who had CPS called on her
