Is or isn't

My husband was still married when he married me. Do I need to get a divorce. What do I need to do?

Doesn't sound like there was a valid marriage. You could file a dissolution alleging fraud as the reason for the dissolution. If there are other details, you can e-mail questions to me directly.

You most prudent approach is to file a petition to have the marriage declared void by the court. You will then be able to show that the marriage was void.
