Legal Question in Family Law in California
my husband and i just got married last October, right after his ex girlfriend discovered he was married and after 4 years after not seeing or speaking to one another, she has been filing false police reports stating my husband is stalking her at home and work, and claiming online harassment in a when we have moved over 70 miles away. She is attempting to serve him and does not know where we live and has been harassing my family and friends for information on our new home's location. I am not sure on what the next step should be for us, my husband is being falsely accused and has not been served.

He should hire a lawyer and authorize the lawyer to accept service for him so she doesn't find out where you live. Then he should fight whatever she filed.
