Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband owes me 44,000$ in arrears I got the judgment , he offered to settle for 30,000$ now that he knows he has to pay he decided to act like he lost his high paying job and doesn't want to pay. His uncle owns the company so I Beleive he is going under the table now. How can I force him to pay
