My husband has to pay child support. We have been married for a year. He has been unemployed for a year. I am the soul supporter. the paperwork from the courts is asking information on my husband's income and the person he lives with. This is my 3rd marriage and my horse ranch, house, trucks, everything I have, was all purchased with my 2nd. husband. Does my husband has to provide my information to the child support division.

He has to provide the information that is on the forms. They cannot go after your separate property assets, nor your income if you keep it in an account that he cannot draw on. Because your financial life affects his taxation and other aspects of his finances even if independent from you, the information must be disclosed.
