Ex Husband not paying the joint bills

My ex husband and I have been divorced for 6 years, we split the bills up in the divorce decreement. I have already paid off all of our joint bills, I pulled my credit report and he is not paying the joint bills he got in the decreement, I called him and he laughed and said what are you going to do about it! I can't get a credit card, loan or anything and he is just laughing. WHat reprocussions do I have?

You would need to get an order from the family law court to enforce the dissolution decree--he may stop laughing then.
