Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband gets the physical custody of our son after the divorce now, so we are not putting any child support amount nor alimony on the divorce paper. But if in the future, for some reason my son will physically stay with me, how the child support from his father will be calculated upon that time? Can the alimony be changed at that time? In my case, his father's income is much more than mine.

If your husband is getting sole physical custody of your son, and you are earning anything, you owe him child support under the law. You, however, may be entitled to alimony equal to or more than the child support. You clearly do not understand this process. You need to talk to an attorney.
