husband preparing to leave

My husband is the provider financially, for our family and no longer want the marriage. He has not paid the rent for this month nor the phone bill and he is having an affair. What should I do

Go to court and file a Petition for Dissolution and an Order to Show Cause for child support and spousal support, etc.
