Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband is in the process of filing a petition for divorce now and wants to take care of separation of assets and debts, and parenting plan later. He has the larger income in the family at this moment. I only work part time. What do you think?

Also, we wanted to do 80-20 parenting plan but I am have physical custody of the children in the divorce papers I was served and join legal custody. Is there anything else I should be concern with?

For the childrens' sake, and yours, you should be getting an interrim custody and support order first, then you can do assets and debts and final custody and support in whichever order you like.
