Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband had some property grant deeded to him during our marriage in secret. It is not a gift deed. It is a grant deed that says the property is his sole and seperate property. I never signed any quit claim to say it is his sole and seperate property because he did it in secret. tHIS PROPERTY WAS TO BE LEFT TO US IN EXCHANGE FOR CARING FOR ANY ELDERLY WOMAN UNTILL HER DEATH. DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO 50% IF WE DIVORCE
