Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex husband recently got the girls every week and every other weekend, I only get to see them every other weekend as the judge said. I'm trying to get my daughters back because the judge was not fair he got upset about a sentence i wrote down. and he did not ask no questions to my ex husband just change visitations rights.. we still have joint custody. If i prove that he wife works at bars and he is a Correctional officer that both of them are hardly with them they are always with he's mother in law so called babysitter. would i be able to get them back?

When a lawyer who represents a client, has reviewed the file and all the facts and evidence, and knows or researches the applicable law, makes a prediction of the outcome of a motion in Family Court, they are making nothing more than an educated guess. There is no way to know for sure. To predict an outcome on less than seven lines of text, from one side, posted to an internet bulletin board service, would border on malpractice. Flipping a coin will give you as reliable a result.
You should get a consultation with a family law attorney to review the declarations and the court order. If you were in the El Cajon court there is a good chance that you will get a different judge on the next hearing. Call my office for a free consultation. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
