my husband has recently taken my truck. i have had it for the past year as we are separated and in the middle of a divorce. he recently crashed the car he had and now says hes taking mine. is there anything i can do?

You can file an Order to Show Cause regarding exclusive use of the vehicle. Ask the Court to award exclusive use of the truck to you as you have been using the vehicle for the past year. Good Luck.
