my ex husband recently won custody of my daughter in court. i now believe he has been doing drugs. i would like to get my daughter back without putting her through cps. what can i do if anything

The best approach would be to file a request for order and seek a child custody evaluation. The downside is that a child custody evaluation is very costly since you must pay for it and use a private evaluator. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
