Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can A husband represent his wife in front of the judge?

My Wife is going thru a child support enforcement

matter with her previous husband. I would like to help her during her court appearance. I am not a lawyer but I know the law well enough to represent ourselves in pro per. Will the court allow me to sit with my wife in order to represent her during our court appearance?

Sit with her? Maybe. Represent her? No. At least not any court I've ever been in.

there is no way you can represent her or argue for her. You may be allowed to sit with her and you can testify as a witness.
