Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband is required to have a court approved supervisor at all his visits with our children. He gets up to 6 hrs supervised visits a week. Which in 2 months he has not done at all. Now he is trying to use their school and soccer games to "visit" with them instead of actually having to pay a supervisor. Is he allowed to show up at school functions and soccer games without a supervisor and use these as his "visits" with the children?

Whether he could contact them during their activities depends upon the wording of the order. You have not stated the reason that he has supervised visits, however, if he does not cause a problem at these events, it seems reasonable to allow the contact, if he causes a problem or there is a potential problem based upon past behavior, you should get clarification from the judge.
