Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband has a restraining order against my boyfriend stating they he can't be around my sons. If I were to get pregnant by my boyfriend could the restraining order be lifted so he could move in with us?

Not automatically. You'd have to go to court and petition to have it lifted. Depending on what the basis for the restraining order was, and ALL the current circumstances, it might be granted or it might not. If it was granted for violence against your sons, you not only can count on it not being lifted, but you can count on CPS supevision of you and your new child as well. So make your choices carefully.
