Husband wont return 16 year old
My 16 year old took off because he did not want to follow my rules. went to the exes and he wont bring him home. Since he is 16 I wont fight it. 1. Do I have to give up child deduction this year? it was 2 weeks short of me having him for most of this year. 2. If he files a modification will I have to pay him back the child support I am getting now while my son is there?Do I have to do anything or just wait till he files? what if he takes months? Can I file contempt on ex for not returning son? Can I get the courts to make the ex stop talking poorly to the kids and undermining my discipline? Thanks
